- TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. This promotion is open to all residents of the UK, except employees of the promoter and their immediate families, the promoter’s advertising agency and sales promotion consultant, and anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion.
2. These terms and conditions are subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
3. No purchase necessary. To enter complete the entry form or send a postcard with the entrant’s name and address to THE BLOOD OF FLOWERS competition, Headline Marketing, 338 Euston Rd, London, NW1 3BH. Closing date for entries is 30th June 2008.
4. All entrants must be 18 or over. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost,
delayed or damaged in the post or insufficiently stamped. Proof of posting will not be
accepted as proof of delivery.
5. Only one entry per person.
6. By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and any other
requirements set out in the promotional material.
7. Entries become the absolute property of the promoters and will not be returned.
8. The winner will be the first correct and valid entry drawn at random from the postbag after the promotion closing date. The winner will be notified by post within 14 days of the promotion closing date and is required to accept their prize by email or letter within 14 days of notification. In the event of non-acceptance within the specified period, the promoter reserves the right to reallocate the prize to the next randomly drawn correct and valid entry.
9.There is one prize of an overnight stay for two people in a Junior Suite, continental
breakfast, three-course table d’hôte dinner in the Marryat Restaurant, one sixty-minute spa treatment per person and full use of the award-winning spa and leisure facilities.
10. The prize is valid Sunday to Thursday only, and must be taken before the end of 2008. Not valid over bank holidays, Christmas or New Year period. Subject to availability.
11. The prizewinner is responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from Chewton Glen.
12. There is no cash alternative to this prize.
13. The decisions of the judges will be final and binding and no correspondence can be entered into.
14. Headline has arranged this competition in good faith but does not accept liability
relating to the prize.
